APPLICABILITY OF POLICY
By choosing to shop from Go Leap (www.goleap.in), you agree to be bound by the terms outlined in this Return and Refund Policy. If you do not accept these terms, please refrain from transacting on our platform.
Go Leap reserves the right to revise this policy at any time. We recommend reviewing it periodically to stay informed of any changes that may impact your order.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN/EXCHANGE
To place a return or exchange request, [CLICK HERE] or reach out to our support team with your order ID.
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of product delivery. Once your request is reviewed and approved by our team, our logistics partner will arrange a pickup within 24-48 hours.
Pickup will be attempted twice. If both attempts fail, customers will need to courier the product to our warehouse at their own cost. Reverse pickups are subject to service availability in your pincode.
After receiving the product at our warehouse, it undergoes a Quality Check. If approved, the return/exchange process will continue.
EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchange delivery timelines: 7–10 working days

If your requested size/product is out of stock, you will be issued a Go Leap gift card (valid online or in-store)

Gift cards are valid for 6 months and non-refundable
RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All approved returns will be refunded via Go Leap credit note

The credit note will be shared via email after product clearance through Quality Check

Refunds are not issued to original payment modes except in case of manufacturing defects
CANCELLATION POLICY

COD orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been dispatched

Prepaid orders are final and cannot be cancelled

Any refund (in exceptional cases) will be issued as a gift card only

Shipping charges are non-refundable
GARMENT QUALITY ISSUE (30-DAY POLICY)
We offer a 30-day resolution window for garment issues such as:

Color bleeding

Print peeling/cracks

Stitching or finishing defects
If reported within 30 days of delivery, we’ll initiate a return pickup and offer a replacement or store credit. Requests raised after 30 days will not be eligible for return or refund.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE

Product is damaged during transit

Accessories are missing
Conditions for eligibility:

Product is unused, unwashed, and in saleable condition

Tags, labels, and original packaging are intact

Product is not altered or worn

There are no stains, perfume smells, or damage

Complete sets must be returned (e.g., co-ord sets)
Go Leap reserves the right to deny return/exchange if the product fails to meet the above conditions.
BLIND BOX PURCHASES
All Blind Box purchases are final sale. No return, exchange, or refund will be entertained for Blind Box items—please buy only if you're comfortable with surprise products.
SALE EVENTS
All orders placed during SALE or promotional events are final. No return, exchange, or refund will be entertained for products bought at discounted prices.
